1. Two seasonal maintenance check-ups: a 21 point inspection/tune-up on your air conditioning components in the spring and a 21 point (heat pump) or 13 point (furnace) inspection/tune-up on your system in the fall,

2. A 10% discount on all repairs (not just 10% on parts, but 10% off the total repair costs),

3. No extra charge for emergency or after hour calls,

4. Preferential scheduling for emergency repairs,

5. Protection for your equipment, since our maintenance plan reduces the possibility of an Equipment breakdown and increases the life expectancy of your equipment,

6. Lower utility bills, since a well maintained system performs more efficiently,

7. Protection for your warranty, since, in most cases, manufacturers require that regular maintenance be performed for their warranty to be honored, AND

QUESTION: How often will maintenance be performed on my system?

ANSWER: Our professional and qualified service technicians will perform two maintenance checkups on your system, one in the spring and the other in the fall. We will contact you to schedule a convenient time for you within our office hours. The enclosed brochure explains in detail the service you will receive.
